2024年本診所人員之研究開發能力大幅提升，一位研發人員在本診所於臨床受訓兩年後成功獲得胚胎師執照、一位留學醫師碩士班畢業並繼續攻讀博士班深造，其他研究人員之學經歷亦相當完整。
本診所除透過檢視懷孕成功率進行胚胎實驗室品質監控外，同時發展本領域頂尖的技術與研究，在每年參與國內外生殖研討會(ASPIRE, ASRM, ESHRE, ISFP, TSRM)與研究論文投稿，精進醫療人員之專業能力與優化療程以提高成功率。
